The Diocese of Austin’s policy requires all employees of Catholic schools to attend the workshop entitled “EIM Workshop” and have a criminal background check. A Criminal History Record check will be required of an employee candidate. In the event employment is granted prior to completion of a Criminal History Record check, such employment is conditional upon satisfactory completion of the Criminal History Record check.
