Box Tops Winner The Box Top Winner
Was the Kindergarten class, with an average of 41 Box Tops for each student in the classroom. The Kindergarten class will receive a pizza party. Thank you to Mrs. Boor, Mrs. Hickman and Mrs. Rodriguez for your tireless work with this program.
St. Mary’s Drama Production
The SMCS drama students captivate audiences school wide with their incredible acting skills and natural talent. St. Mary's Catholic School Drama Program proudly presents The (Almost) Totally True Story of Hansel and Gretel, featuring a set of favorite childhood fairytales ranging from the three bears to Jack and the beanstalk, and in conjunction with the SMCS Art Show. This will be truly an enjoyable evening of arts education. Catholic Relief Services
Thank you We would like to thank you for your support of our bake sale and lemonade sale. Because of the generosity of our families, we were able to raise $283.80 that will be donated to Catholic Relief Services Rice Bowl Mission. Our students were excited about the opportunity to work so we could donate money to this worthy cause. We appreciate your support. Love, Mrs. Bullock and Mrs. Rockwood.
School Kidz School Supplies for 2017-2018 School Year
As we conclude this school year, we're already thinking ahead to next year. Do you dread school shopping in August? We would like to make shopping easy for you by providing prepackaged kits that will be delivered to the school. Pay now, enjoy your summer while supplies were purchased and will be ready for your child to use?
There are two easy ways for you to order, online or sent to school on paper. Order forms will go home this week with your child. Online orders can be made at www.shopttkits.com and our school's account number is 67654. Orders can be made April 18 through May 12 to ensure delivery and a discount for our school. This is meant to be a convenience for our families, as well as a fund raiser. Money raised will benefit your child with Accelerated Reader prizes. Thank you for your support.
Cinco de Mayo
St. Mary’s Catholic School has been invited to participate in the upcoming Cinco de Mayo event in downtown Temple. The event coordinator is waving our vendor fee. We will be promoting St. Mary’s Catholic School and raising tuition assistance funds by selling food items. We are in need of items. For every item, you donate you will receive 1 service hour.

Items to sell:
- Hot Dogs, Chili Dogs, Frito Pie, Drinks, Chips, Nanco ( or sell as a combo)
Extra: Game – Washers
Items needed: ( suggestion)
- Set up: Trailer or Tent ( 2)
- Hot Dogs - 200-400
- Buns- 200-400
- Box of Chips ( 50 in box) 6 Boxes
- Box of Fritos ( 2 Box)
- Bottle Water ( 8-10 cases of water) 24 in case
- Drinks ( 8-10 cases of soda) Coke- Dr. Pepper, Diet Coke, etc.
- Condiments: Mustard, Mayo, onions, chili cans ( 8-10) Supplies: napkins, hot dog holders, plastic forks, spoons, paper towels, plastic gloves, Money box, change, Knifes to cut items, dish soap, Lysol wipes, bowls, pot, crock pot, plastic table cloths, Menu signs, menu slips for orders, etc.
- Prizes for game.
: 3--4 volunteers early shift – 5-6 volunteers after 5:00 p.m.

Last year the students and families of St. Mary’s Catholic School donated incredible baskets in support of the church festival. Those baskets alone contributed almost $3,000 to the live auction!!! With that in mind, the festival committee has asked the school if they would kindlydonate baskets again this year. Each basket is themed as seen below. Please begin gathering items and contact your child’s teacher with questions.
As time comes closer to the picnic (April 30th), they will be asking for students to volunteer.

6:00 p.m. Grad Night in the Parish Hall. This is an event that the parents, as a group, will plan and sponsor.
