Civil War Project
Students will create a google slide presentation or a prezi over their assigned topic. Along with the presentation students will be required to type guided notes that correspond with their presentation. This assignment will be due Tuesday April 17th at the beginning of class. The students will have a full week of class time to turn their individual research into these presentations. The guidelines are listed below:
The following checklist must be met for each presentation:

Each presentation must have a minimum of 10 slides (not including the title or citation slide)

5 graphics provided (pictures, maps, primary or secondary sources)

Each presentation must have proper spelling and punctuation

The link to the presentation must be submitted in google classroom before class the morning of April 17th.

Each presentation must have a one page fill in the blank notes submitted in the google classroom by class on the 17th.

Presentation must include the important dates of your assigned topic.

Information in the presentation must be organized and easy to read for the learner.

Grading:
Presentation will have six different grades.

Test Grades:
-
Overall test grade for the content in the Prezi or Google Slides

Students verbal presentation of their slide show

Daily Grades:
-
Students will be given 3 daily grades on the progress they make in class on their presentation.

A daily grade will be given for the fill in the blank notes.
